An exploded parts view of my M4A1 which is kind of a tutorial i guess, just out the parts and stick em together XD
This is just a visual representation of how i constructed my cardboard M4A1

measurements were not included because it would require me to measure it all again..

The way i get my measurements, is to go find a good pic (of one of the sides, preferably the side with the ejection port with the gun facing right). i then print it A4 and measure from end to end. Then i go to the gun's wiki page which usually tells me its actual length. using ratios (woo maths) i work out the scale of the print out i did, and then all measurements taken from the printout will be correct.

For example if the length of the gun on the print out is 20cm and the actual length of the gun is 80cm...

80/20 = 4 which means 1cm on the print out is 4cm on the actual gun. therefore, if the barrel on the printout is 5cm, the barrel's actual length is 20cm.
