One of your best pieces by far. Even tho the character himself is incredibly bizarre and cartoony, I think I can see a bit less of your trademark stylized look in your style here, actually! Very nice.

All I rember is the useless whiny MODOK from the 90's Iron Man cartoon series(the second seasons with the "I am Iron Man" theme into).

i wasn't a big fan of that cartoon... modok is much cooler in the comics

Well a Funny scene of him and Iron Man can be found after the Iron Man puts on his S.K.I.N. Armor in it's final configuration and we see MODOK battle alongside(more like behind) The Ghost. Needless to say he loses in an undignified manner: having Ghost's fist plunged through his massive forehead(phased). He also gets to be a test subject to Shellhead's new energy blade and a few salvos from the S.K.I.N. Armor, plus a few redirected grenades from The Ghost. Yeah, his atempt at "going Legit" went to snit...

Yeah and he looked so laughable even when he was "a threat" with the way they drew him in that run of comics(the short run that has Tony giving up everything and becoming an everyman, with a Dexter like apartment that transforms(must have cost him a few bucks more every month)).

When I see him Modok think of the "Black Magic" comic "Head of The Family." In this context you can probably guess why.
