Just to preface... I do admire your work tremendously and 99% of the time you achieve the closest thing to perfection that human hands can create... but I think what's bothering you about this one is that his shoulders are too high.. or his neck is short. It has the illusion of him with "shrugged" shoulders.

Great job and I see why you aren't totally happy with it. The uniform seems incomplete. And yeah, I agree that the fine lines of his face are not easy. Especially the mouth.
