"Not just any girl, but April O'Neil. A daughter of Earth and the stars whose pain and loss now threatens to destroy the very world she once called home. April's parents were abducted by the Kraang, and her mother was experimented on to create a human-Kraang hybrid mutant. April was born with psychic powers as a result of said experiments. It was all thanks to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming to her rescue that they got the most powerful friend on their side. But in this universe, April lost her father, and the Kraang took her in, one year before she met the Turtles. With their most powerful living weapon now at their side, they had all the power they needed in their plan to conquer Earth."

Think of this 'what if' as the feminine version of "What If... Peter Quill Attacked Earth's Mightiest Heroes?".
