Colossus: That, Sierra, isn't. And I can promise you two, or to make it even more useful, three things:
1. I'm both a coal and a fuel oil burner. Coal is the main fuel, while the fuel oil is just the lighting fluid. It only just takes one light from a match.
2. Those aren't additional weapons tenders. Those three are my vital tenders, one of which isn't working for the South African Railroads. The first tender is the main tender, which carries the fuel and water. The second tender behind that is the condensing tender, which condenses exhausted steam into water. And the third tender behind that is the booster and shield tender, which holds enough fuel for the UG-61 rocket boosters to boost your train up for more speed. At the end of it is the Massive Back Shield, which protects the back of the train.
3. I'm filled with numerous upgrades. As for the police light and badge, that's just a decoration. The large cowcatcher and smoke deflectors are just the basic upgrades. The fuel waste burning system and nuclear power units give me more power, the spoiler, desuperheater, and laminar flow converter are just the aerodynamics, and the GZ-45 Cowcatcher and Massive Back Shield are just armor platings. Nothing to it.
In truth, he wants them all for the Union Pacific Great Railway Show. Of strength, decoration, and speed. Last year, the cowcatcher, smoke deflectors, badge, and light are not enough for speed. So he wants them to be in first place in the Great Race.

In all honesty, he does have energy from said reactor. Combine it with nitro, and Petron Blaze 100 Euro 6 Gasoline, and he gets a new chemical as Red Water. Once this is in your body, it gives you more power than ten dump trucks, and 20 Big Boys.
