Toshi Fukasaki ( Green Hood)  ever visited Earth Rebirth,  And learn that This World's Red Hood was beaten to a pulp by Batman for what happened to Penguin and even that they made up after Roy's Death, Toshi would have challenge the dark knight to a fight.  And promise he won't stop until Batman is beaten and bloody, Toshi want avenge the Honor of his best friend and comrade in any universe. Toshi's Father, Hideki Fukasaki told him, if a friend of yours is seriously injured by someone, It is up to you to avenge their honor no matter what.      Green Hood will attack Batman, And if Bruce refuse to fight, Toshi will taught him about his past. He will says, Batman, yours parents deserve to die in that ally because they had no common sense  of going there will they known how dangerous it was.

Which will anger the Dark knight to a heighten degree. And attack Toshi in a rage that he attack Jason Todd after shooting Penguin months ago.

He can be kind to others. However, If someone messes with his friend and rival from another earth, Toshi won't hesitate to attack them. Let alone Batman.

Jason was Wingman in Batman Inc, so I'm wondering who that guy is.. who knew that Jason was Wingman? The Batfamily.. so is it possible that this is future Tim again? Or maybe it's Jason's father? Too many theories
