Anarchy is the queen of being abnormal.
And she is damn proud of it.
She is what's known as a draconoquees.
She does not have wings but can fly
She does not "technically" live in Equestria but rather Tartarus.
She can shapeshift.
She has on occasion escaped Tartarus but she's to lazy to take over the world.
Her "jewelery" are actually magic dampening chains she cannot take off.
Also yes I know she is a sue. I love her for it
