Looks pretty decent. I haven't used it yet, but I have one thing that could possibly be "wrong" with it: If you look around the edge of the Active Window you can see it get bright on the sides. Then as soon as it hits the Active Window Border it just ends. You see what I'm talking about?
Other than that, I don't see anything bad. Good job!

Great start buttons, but the smaller titlebar buttons are kind of pointless. You can already do that to the standard Luna theme without anything special.

Excellent theme, I think I'll definitly be using the Royale version instead of MS' Royale on comps I dll hacked.

Umm, how do you get your icons like that? With all the details next to them on the desktop?
And, assuming the icons themselves don't come with the utility, where can I pick up the icons?

KoL uses AveDesk for the icons.
