Sergeant Max Jackson was one of the finest military officers in the United States Army. However he believes that everyone around the world is an enemy to the United States of America including liberals from within the US. He enters the 'Twisted Metal' contest to fulfill his need to control the entire world including the liberals to make them respect the United States
