What's the difference between a mountain fold and a valley fold? O.o;

a mountain fold has the opening away from you and the ballet fold has the open towards you
if you were looking at it from the side they'd look like this respectively /\ \/

Dude... That was one hard mushroom to make...
First, you should point out wich lines are the ones to cut. Second, you should say if the little flaps should be on the inside or outside of the mushroom...
Beside that, i manage to make one! Dosen't quite look like the image :/ Just looks like two balls stuck to echother..

lol it took me from like 12-1 a.m. to make it (next day i took like a trillion naps at school >.> ) and now it's one of the many TV ornaments lol
i did say which lines mean which type of fold D: but... umm... i kinda assumed everyone knew what valley and mountain fold meant, sorry D:
i think i should have also posted the super mario mushroom >.> (cause it's a LOT easier, lol)
lol, my will to make more paper models suddenly reawakened, i think i shuold make more XP

actually it was pretty simple, since i just have to export the 3D model (which takes all of... 30 seconds to make) and "cut it" in pepakura
