you have such a good eye for muscle and proportion, ..., even your freakiest muscle images great. See a lot of HUGE chests and them minute waists and then HUGE legs. Your images are actually believable. Great stuff!

Wow! I never thought I'd actually get a chance to meet you here, Jay; I remember your work fondly from Zu and Furrlough. I'd not been collecting comics now for the better part of 12 years, and I'd lost track of how your work had progressed and where it had taken itself and you as well...and I definitely like how you've continued to refine your hatching style! Awesome piece of work; your felines and canines are a treat to the eye, and thank you for the sharing of your work with me!

Not a problem! I know I've never gotten a chance prior to this to tell you, but you were and still are one of the biggest one-person inspirations I've ever had in the development of my artwork and drawing style over the last 20 years of my life. You were the first person I remember seeing using crosshatching to create the look of muscle definition and depth, and I humbly submit you can still see the results of that in my work. Thank you, then, kindly for being one of the biggest influences towards my own art!

BTW, one serial I remember fondly was the Leandra & Milo bit in the early days of the Zu 'reboot', and I know I've seen a pic you did of whom I suspected was one of her descendants and a human, dressed more like the 1950s or 1960s rather than the medieval magic-and-swords era the Zu serial was set in. Are you planning to, or have you already done, more stories set in her world? I was very fond of that particular serisl you did.

Again, it's a great pleasure to finally meet you, and it's a pleasure to share space here on DA!

-2Paw.
