<3Cuz I'm obsessed with Sounders atm
they're so OOC in this XDDI've always seen soundwave and his cassettes as a family unit, so I suppose the dynamics are still the same in my dragonformer crossover, even though they're not related in the slightest.. meh.

Question: how big would be your dragonformers compared with prehistoric animals? And im not talking just about dinosaurs: Paraceratherium, columbian mammoth, embolotherium, gorgonopsid, meganeura...?

there's no need for prehistoric comparisons, modern ones work fine.
Soundwave drawn here is almost the size of the average horse, Ravage is the size of a leopard.
Megatron is about the size/mass of a bull african elephant, Optimus Prime like a Shire horse in height but heavier. Omega Supreme would be comparable to a blue whale, perhaps bigger.

So a pissed of embolotherium could be a good challenge for Megatron? (Its a member of an extinct genre of even-toed mammals that could reach sizes of nearly 3 meter tall at shoulders, 20 feet of lenght and an average weight of 4 tons, large ones being 6 shor tons)

If Megatron lost all sense of his renowned cunning and tried to bring it down from the ground without using his magical destruction abilities or flying - possibly. Otherwise it's an easy dinner to be shared amongst the deceptidragon flock.
But the world dragonformers live on is not earth, the creatures that dwell on it can have magical abilities just as powerful and dangerous as the dragons. Perhaps this embolotherium generates electrifying pulses with its spade shaped horn too, then it may well be more challenging to kill.

It's OOCness is offshot by the fact it's cute beyond words. I see them as a family unit too. Dragonformers is such a neat concept. Two of my favorite things together.

I too always thaught of Soundwave's cassettes as his family (Especially Frenzy and Rumble as his kids) so I find scenes like this to be simply adorable~ They're the sort of family members who would put their life on the line for good ol' Soundwave~
Anyway, the actual art here is just amazing. Dragon Soundwave looks awesome as always, and I quite like the real life design you gave ravage~
The scene is just so friendly and cuddly, something you don't find amoung Decepticon ranks much xD (lol jk, they're all fluffy and cuddly)
