hihi i think i just did in pen and then i colored it in watercolor pencil and i painted with water and den went over with pencil and water again ( duno i was just experimenting sinceit was first time ) and then i added the white paint, scanned it and fiddled around on photoshop with colors and stuff :3

Cool! I did the same thing for some school project but it didn't turned out as cool as yours. (but it looks fine anyway...) Anyway, thanks for the tip I really appreciate it. It might come in handy for me.

what do you mean D: i colored the hair in some water color pencils did some brushwork with water, went over it again in a darker color repeat, den I added some copic white ink for highlights, lips i used copics and white ink. Afterwards i scanned into comp and did some touch ups in photoshop D:
