Ah! Yes, here's a screenshot of my pic earlier. I had thought to just finish the background and color the kid's clothes and be done with it. But it was looking too flat and the boy REALLY looked like a girl.

See, see? He was even girlier than before! Glad I fixed his cheeks though...they look a bit more natural now...still his lips need work. lol, looks like he's wearing lipgloss or something. So yeah, I can't blame folks for thinking its a girl. But REALLY, IT'SABOY.

Also fixed the eyes, made them less...flat. Gave the hair more texture and highlights. Gave the clothes more depth? dunno, doesn't look as flat anymore either. The dunes look more golden too...the clouds also have more details. Sky isn't as PURPLE as before. Now more pink/orange-ish.

Man! What was I on?! How could I have ever possibly thought to submit it that way?! Glad I waited two more weeks...

A little more about the kid, I had actually thought to give him a girly name too. Something like Aiko or something, which roughly translates to "Love child" or if you're really anal, "Love girl" since all girl's names end in "ko" or something. Dunno, I'm terrible with kanji...But yeah, in my head I kept calling him Aiko. Since its a cute short name that I can well see Hinata naming her son.

Gaara...dunno what he would say to that, probably roll his eyes or grumble, dunno. (In my doujin he showed up a little late for the naming ceremony...XD;; ).

But yeah, I would definately give him a Japanese name, since all his family HAS japanese names. Especially the Hyuuga, they all appear to have the most Japanese traits of all the Konoha clans/characters. And being that they're uber traditional, I can almost see them having that old samurai custom of changing a boy's name when he turns 15 and giving him a man's name. (course that doesn't happen, since hiashi, hizashi and neji all keep their birthnames...) So maybe Aiko can be his "child" name, and...I'll figure out his adult name later...O_o; Eh, whatever. Aiko'll be hinata's nickname for him. *snickers*

But I'd prefer it to have something to do with love, just like Gaara's name...who knows. Maybe Shin? (heart?) hm...Sabaku no Shin. (Heart of the Sand... ) Okay, I'll shut up now.
