Without the snow, it was fortunately possible to go out again into the forest on my bicycle! Here another lane shot from the grounds of the country-house Einde Gooi near Hollandse Rading/The Netherlands.Related content

These trees appear to be beautiful in all seasons! It would be lovely to be able to take a walk in January without lots of snow on the ground. We have about 8 inches of snow around us, most of which will probably be still here another couple of months. I can only walk my dog down the main road where the snowplows push it off. However, I feel fortunate not to have had the 2 feet of snow that fell on some of the eastern states in the U.S.
