Description
There are so many country-houses in Normandy, and some have beautiful lanes leading up to them. Early spring added to its charm.Related content

I can imagine you love this lane. Must submit some more shots these days. Was too down to do so last week.

Lovely lane! And lovely yellow colours of Lesser celandine (Ranunculus ficaria). I missed this on my trip to the Netherlands. Everything there was still in a 'winter mood'.

Yes, I loved the early spring colours so much, coming from that "winter mood" here in the Netherlands. But now it is going to change here, too!

It is for sure. Yesterday I saw some little flowerbuds peeping out. But the temperatures should rise first by at least 5 degrees.

I know, I noticed it today. Temperature was rising and I saw 4 green frogs taking a sunbath on the border of my pond.

They sure are lucky as long as the herons stay away.

traffic signs may be easily removed in PS i did that on some of my photos, as i did not want such stuff to ruin the natural looks.
i have visited normandie - vernon and giverny (there should be some photo s from there in my gallery) and was fascinated by the nature, houses and of course monet's garden.

Unfortunately we did not have the time to go as far inland as Giverny ... Just stayed in the coastal areas.
