Lovely scene..
Looks like a path I would return to walk in the early hours of a spring morning, before sunrise, listening to the sound of a wonderful spring chorus..

That early morning walk in spring is a very good idea. What was so attractive now on a hot summer day, were not so much the birds, but the smell of the forest! Just lovely.

This is the kind of paths I walk along every week looking for mushrooms or interesting plants and insects. I like the alternating light and shadow in this picture.

Still I am somewhat bewildered now: you are not walking in our Hilversum area forests once a week, are you? I thought it was somewhere in your Belgian surroundings ... ?

Thanks a lot once again. Now the link works very well. Never knew that there so nice forests in that area. Unfortunately it is rather far away from here. So I keep to northern part of the "Utrecht heuvelrug".
Once again: enjoy your trip to Finistere! To say the truth: I would so much love to come along! But who wouldnΒ΄t?

Thanks for your comment. In the meantime I'm back from Finistère and had a wonderful time there. I remembered one of your pictures of a lighttower so I made some pictures of a lighttower too. Soon I will put them on dA.
