Description This bunch of mushrooms was nearing its endstage, but they formed such a nice group that I could not but share it with you. If I am right, they are Sulfur Tufts (Hypholoma fasciculare). Marc [~SmoothEyes ] will know better, if I am wrong.

I don't know why, but I think this works much better than the other mushroom shot. I think it's more contained somehow.

Yes, this one was a very special group. And the light helps, too, to contain it, I think.

fantastic!!! I guess it was brightened up in the foreground with a flashlight? Well done as there can't be seen much shadows and also teh background is still bright enough to be visible.

Yes, I used a flashlight! Would have been impossible otherwise to get this light effect.

You're absolutely right JΓΌrgen. It are Sulfur Tufts. It's a beautiful composition too. I like this picture of a wonderful subject (but then I may be a little prejudiced ).
