Yesterday the morning light tempted me so much that for the first time I went to the grounds of the country-house Einde Gooi again. On my bike! It is just 2 miles away, and that was just the limit! But the light was worth it, I find.Taken on the grounds of the country-house Einde Gooi near Hilversum/The Netherlands.

If I had to characterize your pictures, I would probably say "smell". You so often capture scenery close to my heart (like this one), so I can smell the mud, leaves and humid, fresh, cold air... because I have been to similar woods.

I do not find it on each day either. Some days, especially on some mornings I have to struggle hard for it. But the good thing which I know by now is that it always comes back!

It is still the end of February, so we do need some patience, I am afraid. But at least it is already three weeks ago that I left the hospital and I am feeling a lot stronger again.
