Yes, we had a really brisk wind, temperatures about 14 degrees centigrades. So it was great to be able to run: I love it when you can come home "feeling the burn". Actually I have never jogged on the North Sea beeches, it being too far away from Hilversum. But we did have a great 2-hour walk yesterday.

You should have seen al the debris lying around at the flood line. It was a reason for tears! I could have made endless pictures of it, but I have chosen to go for beauty!

seaside...i've been to Baltic last week, but it was raining and windy. still, the beauty of the dunes and water were fabulous. heard some people wanted to swim

i was on Mycological congress in St. Petersburg and they took us for a trip to see sand dunes in Finland Bay. the weather was quite rainy that day, it was mostly cloudy the rest of the time i was in st. petersburg.
