Description Looking at nature now, at the beginning of spring, we can hardly imagine what a wealth of greenness will fill the paths again in summer. It is good to be able to look forward to the pleasures lying ahead.
Taken near the country-house of Eckholm near Kiel/Germany.

I love this shot. Its very peaceful and seclusive. Reminds meof my hill, which anyone barely ever goes to except myself and sometimes the neighobors.

I am very glad you like this shot so much. It is a lovely little grove where no one ever comes.

Beautiful! I really enjoy pictures like this, partially because I have a difficult time painting foliage (LEAVES!!!!) so it is always inspiring to see photographs that capture them so well.

Also, this pictures gives me a sense of excitement: I want to walk down that overgrown path and see where it will lead.

It is a lovely little grove where nobody ever comes as it is on the private grounds of a country house. Once poets walked here, but now it is closed to the public and the people there are no walkers either, it seems. We just trespassed for once, as we knew about the past of the place and wanted to find out more. Somewhere very far back in my gallery here you will find two more pictures of the grove, but forgive me that I do not search for them now myself.

That's interesting, I'll certainly go hunting for it when I have the time!

Now you made me look for them myself. It is always nice to rediscover old treasures, isnΒ΄t it?

Here they are:

This photo makes me think of what I see when I go orienteering. I half -expect to "dive" into this and find what I'm looking for. Great work!
