There was a strong blue colour tone in the haze of this morning, giving all my shots this strange blue touch. But please do not think that it reflected my mood: I felt more like in a cyclistΒ΄s paradise again than in the blues.Taken near Hilversum/The Netherlands.

I would love riding bikes too but Ireland is NOT the best place for one who is NOT fit to do it !! waaaaaaaaay too many hills !! hadn't been on one for about 25 years and we hired a couple for a couple of days when we on the Aran Islands one summer ..... my thighs and BACKSIDE were stiff for days, but I loved it soooooooooooooooo much.

Lucky you to be able to ride a bicycle. I have not been able to do so since my youth when the surgery on my knees made them inflexible....but I remember the wind blowing in my face and the speed downhill that was so exhillerating.

Yes, cycling here is perfect, and with the weather as it was the last days, it was just great to be able to go out on my bicycle.

Beautiful shot. The blue haze kind of gives it that early morning feel, I think - makes me, personally, feel as though I were there (which I wish I was! Such a gorgeous place). It's peaceful, and looks like good weather for biking. LOL. The blue atmosphere also brings out the gold lighting from the sun, I think.

Yes, no hills here, and in the forest no wind in your face. The latter can be very tough in the open polders. And I do not envy the children going against those winds to school for miles on end.

Beautiful moment. I like the way the light is filtered trough the mist. And that golden sphere, from breathing in cold, around man's head is quite nice detail. Plus the sun light creates cool effect on some of the branches.
