Description Looking back through my material I just rediscovered this shot from December. As I like the atmosphere of this picture, I present it after all in June. I hope you do not mind that.
Taken in the forests near Hilversum/The Netherlands on one of our mixed paths for cyclists and horse riders.

My son and I used to ride like that all the time. Then I hurt my back, and he got married.....but it was a lovely time while it lasted

Yes, at the moment it fortunately is! As long as it lasts, as in my case the mood goes up and down in ever so few weeks.

It is always good to be able to bring back good memories! As the mind generally tends to remember the scare moments better than the beautiful ones, it is good to be able counterweight its oneside recollections by beautiful pictures from the past.

I know it seems immature but I can't help but point out horse riders when I see them here, a childhood habit I couldn't shake off.

When I was little, everytime I saw someone riding a horse I'd yell at the top of my lungs, "Look! A horse rider! Look!" And I'd keep yelling until someone looked. I still do it now, but not as loud, I like to think...
