There is little to add here: it was just a spectacular sight to see the sun set like this on our second evening in Normandy.Related content

This is beautiful! Great!! Beautiful colours!! Great silhouette! Great composition: the gulls, the pole, the tower, the empty space on the right, just beautiful!!

I am glad that you like this one, too. I must admit that I think it is one of the best shots of this trip.

Hm...I'm not sure if I like or dislike the flying bird in this picture, but either way, the sunset is absolutely gorgeous. And the deep color of the sea is so pretty. Great silhouette shot. ^^

A pity about that bird. After all I chose this shot out of several because of it! But I am still glad with your comment!
Did I already tell you about my other two galleries? Perhaps you feel like having a look at them too:

Great you like the shot. The poles mark the entrance of the fishing harbour.

:fav: ! Trouville is a funny name, "trou" is French for "hole". So it's "Hole City".

Thanks for the fav and the interesting linguistic reflections. Have no idea myself at the moment. Too lazy to look it up now (with more than 300 other messages still to go ...).

Once again you give so much pleasant attention to my stuff. While I have not yet answered your former remarks or reacted to your new shots! I feel in shame.
