Description Yes, these great beech-trees above the beach at the Baltic Sea coast near Kiel, they tempt me again and again for a walk.

Lovely place to walk! it's wonderful to listen how the voices of the waves and of the trees sound in harmony

This shot wouldn't look as good if you didn't compose it the way you did here. I like how the trees span across the photo and you can see the sky poking through and the water. Someone else may have just pointed the camera directly at the dirt path and forgetting to look at what else could be in the frame that makes the photo even more interesting. You certainly know how to look for those elements to take the best possible photo with the viewer in mind who may not have been there, to see the elements within the restricted frame but, still get the full essence of having been there... I hope I worded that correctly... hehe.

Great job!

Many thanks for the intensity of this very enjoyable comment. I think you have put it very well. It is a certain way of looking at things. You can train it, I think, but there must also be the right sort of intuition.

Not often you can get a shady walk at the seaside

Yes, a little forest next to the sea, that is indeed not very common. Mostly the rough climate at the seaside will not allow such trees to grow there. At the Baltic Sea coast on the east of Schleswig-Holstein the climate is comparatively mild, however.
