Quite near the "secret pond" of a few days ago all paths ended.Taken near Bilthoven/The Netherlands.

I will often go off the path, but its too easy to get lost because I have poor sense of direction. Its very much fun though. A friend of ours died just this way many years ago now...he was searching for wild orchids and fell off a cliff.

No worry, the paths back were still just behind me. But there had been an old path going further on and that one had been overgrown completely.

The mist and the sunlight makes this one very special... though, I think that with a little more effort this could have been a much better photo.
