Mils is a youth full of spirit. He always means well, but he has a knack for being a klutz. He's been known to panic easily whenever he messes up. However, his luck is above average, and situations usually turn for the better for him. He sometimes works part-time in his relatives' restaurant for miscellaneous errands. It is also because of this that he's skilled in cooking.

Yep, he is! I decided one day to try and revive some of my older characters to see if I can still draw them, and I opted to do chibis of them!

XD What about Zorin Blitz from Kohta Hirano's Hellsing? That woman's whole deal was outsmarting others, and her breasts could put any model to shame!
Then again, she was also an evil masculine nazi woman, so...
But then again, Rip from the same manga had a chest so flat many readers mistook her as a man, and she was bloody brilliant.

Now heres someone I coukd probably hug and get away with it! Mils looks so...happy and upbeat. Like he is listening to some perky song he really like. Dancing along even though he is wearing headphones and no one else can here...I like that expression. His outfit design kind of reminds me of TRON. Must be the blue lines.

Hmm, yeah. Mils is is more an optimist than a pessimist, even though he regularly gets into fixes. So he's pretty much capable of doing that.
And yeah, it must be all those lines and blue stripes against a blank color on his clothes that makes him look TRON inspired!
