Sonic the Hedgehog, where do I start with him? Sonic has been through alot through the years. But with the Sonic series as a whole, I've come to think that there's two different timelines within the franchise. One I'm sure most of you know about is with Chaos the water god, Shadow the Hedgehog, the Space Colony ark, not to mention all the hundreds of characters who suck, with the tall, green eyed Sonic with the voice acter controvercy. But the other one has to do with the classic games with the classic smaller, black eyed Sonic. Let me explain in a nutshell.

Their's this place called South island who lives a blue hedgehog with red super sneakers. Then one day some fatass named Dr.Robotnik comes and turns all the animals on South island into badnik robots. Seeing that the peace has been desturbed, Sonic puts a stop to Robotnik's plans and saves South island. A bit after that, a small planet-like place appears in the sky that is led by Dr.Robotnik. Apoun trying to stop Robotnik again, Sonic encounters a Pink rascal Named Amy Rose who instantly falls in love with Sonic. Not being the lovey dovey type, Sonic tries his best to ignore her continue forward. So after defeating Robotnik again, Sonic goes to visit another island where to his surprise, Robotnik was sturing up trouble again. This time Sonic encounters a small, two-tailed fox named Miles "Tails" Prower who thinks that Sonic is the coolest thing ever and decides to follow him everywhere. Then after defeating Robotnik yet again, Sonic goes to another island with Tails, and of course Robotnik is causing trouble AGAIN! This time Sonic meets a red, yet very gullable echidna named Knuckles who's job is to guard the island and the Master Emerald along with the Super Emeralds which are like the Chaos Emeralds but super. This time Dr.Robotnik has a secret weapon, the Death Egg! But of course, Sonic stops his plans and the Death Egg goes crashing down. But it's not over yet! Robotnik steals the Master Emerald to atempt to get the Death Egg working again. Seeing that he's been tricked, Knuckles decides to help Sonic out. Then Sonic defeats Robotnik again and returns the Master Emerald. After that, Sonic goes off to yet another island. This time Dr.Robotnik is so pissed off that he decides to take a break from world domination and focus mainly on getting rid of Sonic. That's all I know so far.

I personally like the classic Sonic series better than the newer series, both story and gameplay wise. Though I'm not really THAT into Sonic anyway.
