Meh, nothing much to say here.
Tails AKA Miles Prower is just some fox who has two tails for some reason. One day he saw Sonic and immediatly fangasmed at how cool he was. So ever since then, he's been following Sonic everywhere and hopes to be as fast as him someday. Many people think that Tails is a god at machinery just because he can fly a plane for some reason, but really he's just like Sonic's biggest fanboy since he followes him everywhere and his dream is to be as fast as him if not faster.:3 But he's just a cute little bugger!

I just used the colors from the old artwork via the eye dropper tool.

But it looks like you used an airbrush tool.
are you sure it was just a brush tool? My brush tool woudln't mix in that well with other colors unless I used a smudge tool or airbrush tool or if I just blurred it.
