Description
From the 80s TMNT series comics and IDW series.This Dreadmon is Jencko, new leader of the Turks.
While threating to dump Carter and Buffy into a vad of mutagen, Carter shoved Buffy out of the way, and threw himself and Jencko into the mutagen. Carter was turned into a falcon while Jencko became a hyena. Furious, Jencko attacked Carter until he was knocked out by Buffy.

Well sometimes mutations arenβt always from physical contact, remember Bebop and Rocksteady? They didnβt touch a warthog or a Rhino, instead had DNA of said animals put into mutagen

Right. Just recalling the two had been dumped into the same vat but after Bebop, Rocksteady was put in fresh mutagen with rhino DNA. I know I may be overthinking it, but just noticing it is all
