quick study of a tiger. little crooked, but oh well.made from scratch on ps7 using a mouse and photo refs.

I really like your brush strokes, they're so jagged, it definitely gives a unique feel to this. Like on the whiskers, it makes him feel rough and like he's been through a lot.

That is so awesome... many times i have seen people try to do this 'messy' style, but have not been able to pull it off. This... is amazing! You're right, it is rough! But that's why it's so good. Just seeing all those strokes is amazing... And you put so much texture in!
You are the absolute master of light and shade! Congrats on making this incredibly beautiful piece! Definitely a fav from me.
And you gotta love those natural looking brushes, eh?

this tiger really rocks... i remember some neighbour from an old school era had one in his house, really weird but amazing, he even let me touch it and all.

thanks. nah, didn't use filter, just started on a light blue background and messed around with paintbrush and smudge.
