Heath was good but I think Jack was the best Joker for me. Jack seemed to get the way the character worked with his methods of commiting crimes whilst Heath made him more of a terrorist. Please don't hate me. Its not my fault for speaking my mind. Thank you.

To be honest, I am with you. Jack's version was based on the O'Neil/Englehart Joker and that's where the clown was at the height of his art ! Heath basically improved upon Rucka's Joker which was a rather lackluster version in the comic by giving him a proper climax.
