I love the use of normal/bump maps and spec maps. Very nice look. Have you tried adding a glow to the static lights?

yus, i was goiing for dark, i had more lighting but it took away from my hard work on the bumps and specs, thus i removed the skylights and target spots keeping only two lights projecting from the other side of the window.
