Story:
Callisto was finally around a yearling, and Jei decided he was ready to go for his Rite of Fotritude with the sisters Capella and Chertan. Jei asked help form a Tribe member for this one, since she really preferred that the sisters went together, but also that Callisto wouldn't go alone. Daddy Jupiter was back at the ranch to set him off to the journey, wagging his tail telling everything was going to be all right. Amelia was a really gentle handler, and Jei knew that she would make a perfect match for friendly Callisto boy.
San looked at Chertans mane before they set off in a calculating manner. After a while of staring she took two strings, then she neatly and surprisingly fast braided Chertans hair away from the way, not to get any sticks or other stuff stuck in there. Chertan looked proud as ever thanks to the braid. She was a fast one, never knowing her limits, always wanting to bolt on ahead with full speed, not realizing that she will have to go on for a while instead of just running short distance in full speed. Jei trusted San with her tho. She was a really determined handler and also really good with reading the animals.
