Now that is an awesome photo! Probably one of the best horror like ones I've seen, mainly from the whole setting, atmosphere and the like.

I like how every available feature is almost covered by clothes or by something else, thus making things more mysterious. The darkness and how grungy it is makes it menacing, and I feel as if the colours reflect the feeling quite well, too. It's as if the person is sick, and so the surroundings are also of the same colour, if you get what I mean

The framing isn't too bad, although part of me wishes you could have allowed more room on the left side, maybe.

Overall, though, you've captured the atmosphere well. It's an effective piece.
