I like the colors and the shading, you definitely have the hang of that, but the anatomy on this girl is rather off. -i am not sure if it's on purpose or not, but I'll just critique it like it wasn't on purpose e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Her lips would look a little better, if you defined the top one a little more, making it 'cave in' in the middle. Just a little bit though and you shouldn't make the nose so dark.
Bringing the nose out that much make it seems like you drew a face and then just stuck a random piece of flesh on her face. Making it a lighter color would improve the visual aspect.
I would also suggest just adding a few more darker and lighter strands in the hair, give it more depth and make it stand out more and look less plain.
Also her iris's are way to large, they look amazingly details and realistic, but they're quite big.

It's a very nice picture, even if the background is a bit plain. She'd stick out more if you made it a different color or a little darker. My favorite thing about this picture are the eyes, though they are dark, they are really great e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

The painting wasn't suposed to be realistic, more like a semi-realistic or my own style, but I agree on the hair, it should have been darker,even if the color was gray.It's kind of hard to get a dark black color with my watercolor pencils, you have to use a lot of layers.. I used 6 and it still doesn't look as dark as I wanted.
About the rating...I noticed that of the artwork that people posted on that post, mine was the one that got the lowest rating... and in my opinion my wasn't really the worst of all them... the others got almost 5 stars

Really? I thought there were two with a lower rating... I only gave like three or four a 4/5 star rating from what I remember... well I did actually kinda rate it like it was meant to be a realistic/semi-realistic picture 
I've never drawn with watercolor pencils, but I know that you can have trouble with things like that, I sometimes I can't get things to be as bright or dark as i want them too.
Well you are right though, it isn't the worst of the ones I've seen, not the best but definitely not the worst, so sorry if the rating made it seem like that hahaha
