More than twenty hours, and it's finally done. I used to hate it. I'm over it.

Done Right On Time for Lolth-Scourge's Modern Drow art contest - a club I joined since I love dark elves and want an excuse to draw them. The theme this month is to make a drow in the modern times. Granted switchboards were in the 1950s, but how could I POSSIBLY resist drawing a drider making a web of wires?

A little history on Driders now, and what the caption means:

Driders are half Drow (Dark Elves) and half Spiders. Traditionally the Goddess of the Drow is the Spider Queen, Lloth. When a dark elf turns rebellious to her or their House, they're transformed into Driders to do Drow grunt work, normally acting as their front-line warrior slaves and guards.

In this case a much more torturous task was appointed.
