Description I love this trotter so much The hair, the water.. love it

This is part of an art trade with , who drew me this wonderful art of snowdrift and her buddy Cypher:

I loved Flow Wave and her personality, I ended up going all out to make her awesome Squee~! and I learned so much while making this trotter. I love it

Flow Wave ( [link] ) belongs to =LuminousLotus and is for her use and her use only


My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro.
The basic animation used here was made by ~monkeyjay and you can find the base for it, and an extensive tutorial here: [link] (as a note, he does not do requests, please don't harass him.)
The time and effort spent to transform a generic grey mane-less pony into this lovely character is mine. Please respect this by not directly copying the customization I've done.
Desktop Ponies belong to the Desktop Ponies team.
And the character itself belongs to the person who asked for this (unless it doesn't )

I started with a base which SHOULD be linked in the description, and followed the tutorial that was included (though to be honest, I don't know if they're still there) ... Β the real answer is, though, someone else did the hard work of animating hte pony for me, and I came along and very carefulyl recolored the animation... Β The Water droplets and the puddle were the result of a lot of careful work and, surprisingly, a little math! Β (there are 24 frames (I think) and each drop had a number of pixels to fall, etc..) Β 

I used photoshop, and a lot of layers! Β

Late Spring... definitely over cast and drizzling given it's Alabama and the berries are ripe. Drizzling a little made me think of the song... and it was probably April as such.

.. You know, with these special effects and how you somehow manage to pull this off so incredibly well- you could actually work for Lauren Faust and develop some sort of pixel games with ponies and make millions. I have that much faith in you, or least believe you have the potential. This is amazing, seriously and especially with hair giving off a water effect below. Grand job no doubt.
