Actually, never mind. I can't synchronize with this writing at all. The language is pretty vague, and I don't remember so I don't know what I am referring to. I think when I wrote "the reference he provided me sucks ass", I could be noting it's low quality of the self-pic that prevented me from putting any specific texture details of the face...or something. There's a smiley in there, so it probably isn't meant to rip on the subject. Anyway, I apologize, regardless.

Wooh Hoo! Happy New Years! First Deviation of the year! Didn't thought to post it here until now. Finished it at Dec 29. 2007.

I apologize for the title but it took me 5 hours to paint the skin, and I got sick of the model's face as time goes by . I don't normally draw people who aren't my friends, but here I am, taking a long time to paint a stranger. I think it's mostly because it's my first request I've ever gotten.

The reference he provided me sucks ass, but I really wanted to use this color palette I found, so yeah. It took about 10 seconds to draw, it's just the coloring that takes so long. I wouldn't have taken so long if I wasn't colorblind. After I was finally satisfied with the skin, I kinda bulled the rest because I couldn't stand painting it any longer.

OpenCanvas, baby! Despite everything, I really like the way it turned out. I even avoided using most of the outline I sketched out.
