Did you use references? I like your use of shading/highlighting (what do they call that in painting?). It's one thing to shade with a pencil but it's another to create depth and volume using color.
When I think of still life, I think of wine bottles and fruit.

It was a 6 hour still life, so it was painting from sight. Thanks I tried my very best with this one.

Very nice Jem, Canvas works well for you better than board i think (once i worked on canvas can't go back to board lol) lovely colour as usual, very Cezanne actually he is a good artist for still life and he was impressionist

Thanks , the board was an experiment but learned from it(i still love canvas haha). WOW Cezanne...an honour to be mentioned in the same sentence as him
. I moreso fancy Monet but my style is closer to Cezanne I guess. Thanks for the comment Han

No problem hehe Monet is a beautiful painter, it was just the colouring and composition of the still life tht reminded me of Cezanne
