ok then let me help you out my friend

this one is made on a feather (a plastic one) and then i put one drop of water on the feather (make sure you have a flat surface so that the drop of water doesn't begin to roll and the drop some glitter (in this case si€lver) on the drop of water, you'll see the glitters attaching to the drop
