In alternate reality of the Backrooms, instead being driven to extinction by the Partygoers, The Partypoopers aka Party Crashers (The previous victims who have already immuned to the SFV) are noted to hunt Sanguine Festivus aka The Partygoers who spreading the viruses with extreme prejudice.

(My headcanon thinks that they, the victims probably going to resemble entities more than human due being affected by the viruses before they acquired the antibody and their antibodies probably got constant upgrades from direct contact of hunting those creatures.

Their hunting style: probably like Goblin Slayer, I got that vibes when looking at the arts of Party Crasher 😳

And they probably leave doodles resemble of The Partypoopers' mask just like Phantom Thief Kid after hunting those Sanguine Festivus lmao 🤣)
