The very first time I saw How to Train your dragon at the cinema, despite all the nifty dragon designs actually physically IN the film, when the changewing illustration got shown in the Dragon Book, it immediately became my favourite<3

acid spitting dragon, fuckyeah. I'm not really that into the idea of making a httyd original character, but if I did it would be/ride one of these~

The main reason I finally decided to draw fan art of it now though is that they're making a new short straight-to-dvd film, and it's supposedly going to have the changewing in it. So I'm drawing how I envision it now, before the real thing invariably stomps on my mental image of it X'D

I thought a toxic-green mouth would add a bit more depth to the whole "filled with deadly acid" idea.
