Sorry for the absense, here is the first of a long list of my own monsters that I have created for the Monster Hunter universe. Saddly, as I am very bad with names, most of them will not have any (like this poor fellow right here) so feel free to throw suggestions at me.

This guy is the first member (and most likely flagship) of the new class I made up, the Python Wyvverns. Python wyvverns have developed long tails, smoother scales and have lost their hind legs, but have retained their wings. There are a variety of them with different hunting methods.

This paritular fellow lives in tropical areas like the Great Forest and Flooded Forest. He is quite agile and is able to combo moves from both flying and ground positions, switching between the two regularily. His biggest asset is his rediculously long tail, which is constantly swishing and flicking in battle, making it hard to hit even when he is standing still. He doesn't have any range attacks, save for spitting a corrosive acid that causes defense down. He is also capable of using a pin attack to regain stamina by ensnaring hunters with his tail. The difference is that it is impossible for the caught hunter to use a dung bomb when in this position, forcing him to rely on brute strength to get free or to rely on team mates.
