Now this is how to ride the rails in luxury! Built in 1948, the Milwaukee Road Hiawatha Cedar Rapids Skytop Observation Parlor Lounge Car leaves La Crosse, Wisconsin on her journey back to Minneapolis. This car has been restored and is owned by a non-profit group in the Twin Cities by the name of "Friends of the 261". It is usually found plying the rails behind the Milw 261 seen in some of my other photos. Thanks for looking!!Related content
