To each their own. I already wrote why I didn't like it within the comic.
I'm a huge fan of the show, but I still tried to watch the movie on its own.
it was still incomprehensible and so many illogical scenes were just made for the sake of convenience to further the story
at what point did the death note say "The person whose name is written in the notebook will stop what they were instructed to do only if two people with guns come to them and threaten to kill them."
there was no reason for watari to die before giving l's name
