Description
A quick tutorial to show the basics of how I create nebula. Sorry if it's hard to follow, I've never done a tutorial before. Please let me know if you use this to make anything. I'd love to see it!Related content

Very nice tutorial. I'd love to know how you make your starfields. They're lovely.

I agree, the starfield is at least as well done as the nebula.

Great!!, how about a tut of making fractals with apophysis?

used as a refence/visual aid for: [link]
I diden't refine mine as much as you do for yours, but the visual aids helped! I subsituted Lightning brushes for the fractals. Thank you for showing us how you do it!

Nice tutorial man. I usually add a bit of fractals here and there in my nebulae. Nice to see how other people incorporate them

hey Kelly, its really great to see, how you make your nebulae (the basics) thanks for this awesome tutorial! (I wish you would have done it sooner, I had to find out most of it by myselfe
)

^^ dont worry, its awesome anyways! I wonder if u could make an other tutorial, in which you describe how to make a good Nebula fractal? Its just because I allways play arround with the settings and stuff, but the result is mostly coincidental :/

This is one of the best nebula tutorials I have seen in a while, i think this should get a DD. because I read though this tutorial with ease, which makes it so much easier for people who have just started doing space art. XD In fact I'm going give this a try, because I have always wondered how you would use the program Apophysis to create nebulae like this, now you have made it all clear I can give it a go my self. As I'm not that new to Space art but new to doing nebula. Good work and keep it up!

Use Apophysis [link] This will allow you to create your fractals, it just takes a bit of practice to get one "just right" until you are experienced (Which I'm not)

Look up a program called Apophysis 2.09. That's what I use and it's free.
