I have a difficult time with most art,
I can not express what I am feeling with it.
I mostly see colors and light.
I do most of my art from my heart but it
doesn't always translate this way.

...As I mentioned,it's a true and sincere pleasure for me,to exchange artistic and creative comments with You,dear Joe-Mac.
I am passionated by Art,by animals,I can't live with out those...I want to share my Art and Arts of others,thats' why I came here on DA,5 years ago...
I am watching other Artists,since all those years,I like to do this,I like to give good and constructive comments,give compliments,encouragments...and of course,I am very happy,if I have a return...but ,to be frankly,it doesn't hapen very often...I hardly recieve replies to my comments,or just "thanks",very rarely,people would even have a look at my gallery.
Some are faving something,'to be kind"...I don't thank them for the faves,I don't care,if somebody is "faving",and I don't even know why...I am "rewarded",if somebody takes the time ,to have a look,to what I did,paintings and drawings are very timeconsuming,so,it's nice,if somebody tells You,what he thinks,in good or bad.That's the only way of improving,of evoluting...I want to become better,,and better,I still have a "long road"infront,BUT,I do the best I can,in the moment,I do it,and this moments are changing,of course,nver are the same...
What I try to say,is that I don't agree,when You say,You can't express,what You feel,when You do it... ...I could see,in the few I saw,that ther was "more"..Your "subconscience"maybe is bringing out,what You,Yourself can't recognize,..yet...You say,You ARE doing most of Your works with Your ,I believe,this is the truth...Continue,let Your

I understand what you are saying but I do not
like others to tell me bad things about my art.
I grow my art from my heart and when someone tells me how to do
it better is only their opinion. I seen the art that some people
have criticized me...and they are no better.
inspire me to continue doing what I love and to always follow my feelings.

...maybe ,I didn't express myself correctly...when I said(and this was my personal point of view,so,expressing how I feel)about comments or critiques...When I said,that it's good to receive a comment,in good or bad,I meant,that people can tell me,if there would be a "mistake",of proption,position,perspective or such.Because when I am hundreds of hours working on painting,I can't always see it,the way,the watcher is seeing it.So,it's helpful,to improve,and I am grateful,if I can make my work better.Alos,when I would see somebdy has made a wonderful portrait,lets say,but the neck would be really too long,it's a pity,that I wouldn't suggest this detail,critiques are helpfull,it's just the "way You say it"...It's not question at all,to tell sombody,who is painting a ship on a sea,to tell him,"it would have been better,it would be a ship in the desert
So,concerning the ...of course it is pleasant,to receive faves,I am glad ,when people are faving my works ,but it's the cherry on the cake
So,now,that I know,that You care about ,and sometimes I won't have the time to write a comment,or be out of "inspiration"

I think because I have so many messages every day when
I comment I have too many to say original words with.
I do try but as I said, I am not very good with my words.
I do know what I like but not very expressive.
I think the critiques I am really speaking about were
not constructive. They were negative.
I did not do Digital art until I came to DA and it was
through faves that I learned what most people liked here.
I have many thousands of pieces that I did but I kind of know
what is good to post or not.
I guess I am what is known as a "Faves whore."

...well,it's good to know,what people like ,or what not.We are all different,and have our own point of views,and appreciations.If You find satisfaction and motivation only in receiving faves,...than so it will be!
Anyway,when some of the artists I am watching,are posting hundreds of deviation...it's clear,that I can't possibly "follow"in writing a comment,each time
