Skintight clothing to elastic people is like cookies and milk, some things just go together, although, this is interesting you have given him loose clothing. oh yeah, the goggles are nice, too.

The original reference I used had the looser style. Actually, old FF costumes were not spandexy-skintight, they bagged a little. That's probably what the first artist was going for on his original drawing.
In Heroes Unlimited, a superhero game from Palladium, they suggest for stretchy characters, and growth powers, to give your character a costume with lots of room, because magical unstable molecule cloth isn't real. Of course, you can always rule it in.
For one stretch character, I have her costume as a two-piece. A short-sleeve crop sport top and mid-thigh length shorts. And she's too body-conscious to stretch too much and slip out. Also, the bands at the shoulders and midriff, as well as the waistband are somewhat "tacky", to prevent slippage. She's only about 14, and she has enough problems to deal with, without her boobs showing up on Tumblr.

For the most part, stretchy characters I have seen so far do have a knack for spandex clothing for them to stretch without the clothing tearing up so easily, or at least so fast. have you ever read or played Galactic Champions, from Hero Games?, there is a female stretcher, well, she's more of a shapeshifter, who is a villain from outer space.

No, haven't seen that one. I don't play a lot of games, but I have a good sampling of game manuals. I will keep an eye out for it.
They hardly mention how the cloth stretched for Elongated Man, and I always figured Plastic Man was just nekkid, and nobody noticed, because he could hide the offensive parts.

The game actually came out a couple of years ago, and I haven't played it myself but remember reading it in a comic book store and a game store.
