Genndy...haha, yeah, he's great at this stuff. Come to think of it, I do see elements of his stylised work in yours. Difference is yours seem heavier on stuff like details, lighting, and curves while his are fairly minimalist.
Pay no mind, I know nothing about art beyond what I see.
